The Stoddard Congregational Church is sponsoring a Indoor Yard/Craft Sale at the Lucy B. Hill Community Room of the Faulkner School. Rent a table for $15.00 or donate items to be sold. Proceeds will benefit Youth Fellowship at the church, Call Kim Anderson (446-3713), Kim Rumrill (446-7447) or Carol Clark (446-7562) for more details or to rent a table.

Stoddard-Based Community Supported Agriculture

There are two sources in Stoddard for locally grown vegetables. These are the Pitcher Mountain CSA and the Chamberlain Farm. They are both now offering garden shares for the coming season.

Community Events Organization Ice skating Party is Saturday Feb 20 from 12 noon to 4pm at the Island Pond boat landing. There will be Hot Dogs and Smores. Everyone welcome-stop by to visit or skate. If its tooo cold or the weather is bad it will be Sat Feb 27.

A family skating and sledding party is planned for February 13, 2010 from 10:00 AM til 2:00 PM at Frank and Linda Studkey's home on Scenic Drive in the Hidden Lake Development. Everyone is invited so plan on attending to enjoy the winter activities and Hot Dogs and Hot Cocoa.

Friendly Meals Senior Luncheon. Tuesday, January 26, 2010 @ 11:30 AM. Coffee and Comversation to start. Lunch at Noon. Stoddard Town Hall.. Free lunch for seniors age 60 and over. A nurse is on duty from 11:30am to 12:30pm to take your blood pressure; also ask her any health related questions. THE NURSE ALSO WILL HAVE H1N1 FLU SHOTS AVAILABLE. A Christmas craft fair bill be held December 12, 2009 at the Chapel by the Lake in Munsonville. Many crafts, knitted items, home baked goods, etc will be on sale. Enjoy a cookie walk, sandwiches and coffee after choosing great holiday gifts.
